Our business is a British owned and run construction company in North Cyprus focussing on the construction of boutique developments and executive homes. Bryn Lewis and Alan Claydon have collectively built and sold more than 200 homes in North Cyprus since the early 2000s. A great source of pride for us is that the majority of these sales have been recommendations from existing customers. Bryn Lewis
In the early 2000s, Bryn founded a property development company in North Cyprus called Carrington. During his ownership, Bryn built more than 200 homes in the Esentepe region of North Cyprus and has won numerous awards including ‘Constructor of the Year’, ‘Developer of the Year’, ’Best luxury Development’, ‘Best property management company’ amongst many others.
Alan Claydon
Alan is a well known British constructor who brings a vast amount of experience to the team. Spending his time between the UK and North Cyprus, Alan has built some of the most incredible top-end executive villas in North Cyprus and also helped build a local school and the Green Hills Cemetery above Karaoğlanoğlu.
Handan Lewis
Handan brings a wealth of local knowledge to the team having been a regular visitor to the island for over 40 years. Handan has extensive construction management and sales experience and effortlessly navigates the government offices & red tape. Handan’s true passion is working with 1-1 with clients to keep them up to date with the build and make sure they source everything they desire in their new homes.
